UE Conversion Panel

Our UE conversion Panel uses digital Yokogawa controllers that replace capillary assembly controllers on older Heatec hot oil heaters. The Yokogawa controllers are the same type of temperature controllers used with late model Heatec heaters.
The controllers operate from thermocouples, which are more reliable than capillary assemblies. Moreover, they don't rely on limited-length capillary lines. So you can mount the panel at a more convenient location, away from hot oil pipes.
And, the new controllers have no moving parts. As a result, you don't have to calibrate them.
The UE Conversion Panel kit includes a fully wired panel and thermocouples. Heatec technicians are available to install the panel. Or, you can install it yourself.
