PROJECT ENGINEER
Design equipment based on information and direction provided by other engineers or managers. Define process and P&ID diagrams. Participate in work order meetings with internal as well as external customers. Provide detail drawings and BOM’s to manufacturing.
An Associates or Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline is required. Training or experience in Structural Design & Calculations is also required. The ideal candidate will have education, training or experience in some of the following areas; Pressure Vessel Design & Calculations, Heat transfer, Project Management, Piping Design, Stress analysis, ASME Code, AutoCAD, Inventor 3D design.
Computer skills are a must. Successful applicant will have experience with AutoCad 2004 or higher and Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel & Outlook). Knowledge of 3D drawing software world be helpful, preferably AutoDesk Inventor.
Individual must be a Team Player, Self Motivated and Organized and have the ability to finish assignments on schedule.
This is a salary position. The Project Engineer will report to the Engineering Manager.

Pipe Welder/Fitter must be able to weld pipe, perform calculations and operations with mathematical data, properly use a variety of hand tools and devices; read and interpret blue prints; while joining and repairing metal and other weld material by applying welding techniques. This position will require a weld test; 2” sch 40 open butt. Four years experience required. (Second Shift)
CODE WELDER/FITTER
Follow same criteria as Pipe Welder/Fitter with the added requirement of layout, install and maintain piping systems with code quality. This position will require a weld test; 6G. (Second Shift)
SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Must have hands-on experience with industrial burners that fire on various fuel oils, propane and natural gas. Must have excellent electrical troubleshooting skills and be able to read schematics. Having a journeyman license very helpful.
Must be familiar with positive displacement and centrifugal pumps, and piping systems for thermal fluids. Computer skills with PLC capabilities required. Must be self-motivated and able to work with external customers and limited supervision.
This position requires heavy travel. Applicant must have a valid drivers license, pass a DMV and credit check, be qualified to receive a passport for overseas travel and pass a nine-panel drug screen.
Must be a team player, self-motivated, organized, creative with sound leadership qualities and able to finish assignments in the appropriate time frame. Due to the nature of the need this individual must be willing to relocate.
This position requires a 3-year commitment, without job transfer, due to the training involved.
General work scheldue will be Monday through Friday and require weekend work when necessary. Individual must be willing and able to stay later than schedule at times to ensure customer needs are met.

Regional Industrial Sales Manager for Northeast or Midwest Territory
We are looking for a highly motivated sales engineer to sell fired process heating
equipment. Industries include petroleum production, natural gas production, food processing, roofing, petrochemical and others.
Responsibilities for this position include: building relationships by performing sales calls and site visits, preparing detailed equipment quotations to meet customer specifications, qualifying customers by conducting meetings with the decision makers, prospecting business opportunities by working trade shows and assisting outside, independent sales representatives located in the same territory.
This position requires a minimum of three years experience in sales of capital equipment, good math skills, heat transfer experience and a college degree, preferably B.S. in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering. Extensive travel is required and relocation to territory may be necessary. Computer knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products such as, Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook are required.
Strong people skills, good leadership qualities and ability to complete assignments in the time allotted are essential for success.

Industrial Sales Estimator
This individual must have experience in preparing quotations and estimating labor and material requirements for fabrication of custom machinery. Working knowledge of geometry and algebra is required. Knowledge of Thermodynamics, Fluid dynamics and experience with Thermal Fluid Systems, Direct Fired Process Systems, Thermal Oxidizers, Waste Recovery Unit (WHRU) Systems and Heat Exchangers are a plus. An Associate's Degree or technical degree preferred. Computer experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and AutoCAD needed for documentation and estimate generation. Communicating with customers, department leaders and sales personnel to ensure product accuracy is required. When preparing quotations for sales, some occasional travel may be needed. One to two years related experience.
