HEATEC, Inc. is looking for an experience professional assistant that has the knowledge and experience to perform the following tasks;
- Prepare statistical reports to support sales volumes.
- Complete sales quotes to comply with customer needs.
- Prepare shipping documents for on time delivery.
- Support department personnel and customer calls.
- Perform clerical functions such as preparing correspondence and manuals.
This individual must be a Team Player, Self Motivated, Organized and Creative with sound work ethics. The position requires and high school diploma and at least two years’ experience in an office environment. Must be computer literate with the following disciplines; Microsoft Office, Power Point, Excel, Word and Outlook. Testing in one or more of these will be required upon interview.
